I understand that your real estate transaction is one of the most significant personal and financial events in your life. It should be a pleasant and exciting experience, and excellent communication through the process is key to realizing that experience, which is my goal.

I am a full time Real Estate Broker, licensed in 1987, working in the New York Capital Region.  Whether you are buying or selling a home, I am committed to providing the most professional service by keeping my clients up to date with market and area information, and consistent networking skills with other area agents. In addition to my passion for my family and my real estate career, my hobbies include kayaking, cross country skiing, bicycling, hiking, needlepoint, reading, baking, walking on the beach and listening to good music!

Buyer Services

  • An initial interview to explain agency relationships and the home buying process in this area.
  • Learn your needs regarding housing, including employment, location, schools, special needs, hobbies, activities, etc.
  • If you are new to the area, schedule an initial tour of the communities which interest you.
  • Keep you up to date with all homes available within your stated parameters and budget.
  • Provide you with a list of reliable references, from lender qualifying to movers and cleaners.
  • Staying involved and keeping you up to date with every step of the transaction, from contract to (and after!) closing.
  • Communication is KEY to confidence.

Seller Services

  • An initial meeting to explain agency relationships and preview the subject property, offering the most time and cost effective improvements, if necessary, required to successfully market your property.
  • Help coordinate contractors, estate sale companies, etc., if requested.
  • Provide a market analysis of comparable sold and ""for sale"" properties to develop a successful marketing strategy and work with you on an appropriate list price.
  • Develop an aggressive marketing plan to expose your property to the greatest number of potential buyers.
  • Network with other real estate professionals and business contacts, promoting your property.
  • Communicate all updates with you as they occur. Contact no less than once per week.
  • Stay on top of all details from contract signing until closing.
