David is an experienced professional and has worked in the telecommunications industry for over twenty-three years. He has also been in the real estate profession for over 7 years and is now a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. As a former Executive who has held multiple customer service and leadership roles, he understands the importance of providing outstanding service and delivering on commitments. David excels in the area of customer relationship management and thoroughly enjoys working with and developing/negotiating solutions for his customers/clients. Buyer Services

  • Schedule an initial consultation to explain agency relationships and outline the home buying process.
  • Conduct a “Wants & Needs” analysis to determine housing requirements including home attributes & parameters, location, schools, employment, etc.
  • Provide references/resources (as necessary) for the buying process (Attorneys, Structural Inspections, Mortgage Professionals, Contractors, etc.)
  • Determine the best form of communication and keep you informed of potential properties that meet your requirements.
  • Provide direction on all offers and present/negotiate accordingly.
  • Stay involved and keep you up-to-date with every step of the transaction, from the initial offer to closing.

Seller Services

  • Schedule an initial meeting to explain agency relationships and preview the subject property.
  • If necessary, offer the most time and cost effective improvements required to successfully market your property.
  • Provide references/resources to assist with the overall sale (Attorneys, Pre-Listing Structural Inspections, Contractors, Estate Sale Assistance, etc.)
  • Provide a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) of comparable “sold” and "for sale" properties which will aid in developing a successful selling strategy and appropriate list price.
  • Develop an aggressive marketing plan to expose your property to the greatest number of potential buyers.
  • Network with other real estate professionals and business contacts to promote your property.
  • Maintain open communications and provide updates per an agreed upon schedule.
  • Stay involved with all details from initial contract signing to closing.
